About This Laboratory

We are interested in algorithm design, theory and its applications for various problems in medical science and molecular biology. The data in the field has been increasing dramatically, especially due to development of recent next-genration sequencers, and sophisticated algorithm design is seriously needed. Research topics in our lab:

To enroll into the master/ph.D course, you need to take the entrance examination of the Department of Computer Science, Graduate School of Information Science and Technology, University of Tokyo.
